The only major periodical that is themed
towards women and poker, Woman Poker Player, has
announced its first $1,000 free-roll online poker tourney for
its many readers. This will be the first of many poker tourneys
to come. Many female online poker and online casino enthusiasts
are interested to know the details, too.
The online poker event will be hosted at
Titan Poker next week on Friday, November 25th. The poker event
is open to any and all players who sign up and take effort in
the discussions on the Woman Poker Player forums. There
will be no cost what so ever to enter the poker tourney.
Currently, women are responsible for
over 25% of players in online poker sites around the world. This
number is increasing as well. ,
In fact, the Borgata recently hosted a
ladies only tournament that brought-in over 500 players. What's
more, this year's WSOP 2005 ladies event had over 600 players.
